Answering questions on X, the conversation turned to GTA 6 and whether Rockstar Games might delay the game; the insider confirmed the release date remains November 19, 2026, and that despite the lack of news, the company is sticking to its marketing plan. When he was asked about an upcoming gameplay reveal, he responded as follows:

When do you think we’ll see a gameplay for GTA 6, the next post from Rockstar could be a gameplay and not trailer?

I expect to see a fair bit of GTA6 next month.

Originally, NateTheHate wrote "this month," which left fans confused, but he later clarified he meant August. Interestingly, the user had asked about a gameplay reveal specifically, not a trailer, so next month could turn out to be a genuinely big one for GTA 6 fans.

He's also not the only reliable insider that claims GTA 6 might be revealed in August; previously, Tom Henderson made the prediction that a new trailer of Grand Theft Auto VI will be released on August 6, the day before Take-Two Interactive's next earnings call. Who knows—maybe the final month of summer turns out to be such a huge deal for the game that players get both a new trailer and the first gameplay footage. All that's left is to keep our fingers crossed. As for GTA 6 Trailer 3 itself, it's rumored to feature a Rolling Stones song, along with footage from Liberty City, the setting of GTA IV.
