Forza Horizon 6 passerer nok en milepæl med å passere 300 000 samtidige spillere

Less than a week has passed since the release of Forza Horizon 6—the new racing game from Playground Games—which has already become the highest-rated title of 2026 and generated significant revenue for the studio. The game continues to break records, and this time it’s regarding the number of concurrent players.

According to SteamDB, less than a day ago, Forza Horizon 6 broke the record for the number of concurrent players—currently standing at 302,645. That’s more than 30,000 players above the game’s peak when it first launched on Steam on May 19. It seems that this is not the limit yet, and Forza Horizon 6 is set to break several more records in the near future.

Additionally, a new report from Alinea Analytics reveals that Forza Horizon 6 has already sold approximately 5 million copies on PC and Xbox; specifically, Steam sales account for roughly 2.8 million copies, with revenue making up nearly 50% of the total—a truly impressive result. Total revenue from the game currently stands at approximately $325 million.

Game critics also gave Forza Horizon 6 the highest scores, and Metacritic awarded the game the 'Must-Play' award; by the way, the game is also the highest-rated title of 2026 at the moment.

Forza Horizon 6 is now available on PC and Xbox Series X/S. The version for PlayStation 5 will be available later in 2026.
