One such finding was uncovered by user X GTA_VI_6_. Referring to the GTA 6 Mapping Project, which features an interactive map of the upcoming game with images of almost all the locations revealed so far, he pointed out that a house icon had appeared there, which seemingly confirms the location of Jason's house, one of two main characters in the game. As you can see, it is located in Key Lento, in the Leonida Keys region of Mariana County, as shown below:

According to the GTA 6 Mapping Project, this is where Jason's house is located.

Rockstar Games has not yet revealed what the GTA 6 map looks like, but the Mapping Project is highly likely to show its approximate boundaries, as it offers a glimpse of real-world locations and is based on early leaks of the game’s map. However, the developers may have teased the GTA 6 map in a recent expansion for GTA Online— The Kortz Centre Heist —as one of the images features a similar silhouette and color scheme.

Recently, due to a rumored leak about the GTA 6 story, it has become clear that Jason will be able to travel to any part of the map in the early stages of the game—except for the northern part, as this will initially be blocked off due to a forest fire warning. Meanwhile, Lucia will have to wear an electronic tag for a while, which will prevent her from going outside—though she will manage to get rid of it fairly quickly, after which Lucia will be able to travel just as freely around the game world. This rumor is not confirmed, so for now it should be considered with a grain of salt.
