Devil May Cry-nyinnspillingen er fortsatt i en tidlig fase av utviklingen hos Capcom
This month, news surfaced that Capcom is working on a remake of the original Devil May Cry game, which was released in 2001. Although Capcom has not officially confirmed this information, the insider report has certainly excited fans of the series—but it doesn't necessarily mean the game will be released anytime soon.
Insider MajorPlayeix, who revealed that a remake of Devil May Cry is in development, clarified that the game is likely still in the very early stages of production. It will probably be some time before Capcom makes an official announcement. He also promised to try to find out more about the potential release date but has not shared any additional information yet.
Hearing it's pretty far along actually but I'll have to see for myself before making any release/trailer date bets.
In the original tweet, the insider also mentioned that the studio is working on Ace Attorney 7 as well as a new project set in the Mega Man universe. Additionally, they are developing new remakes of Resident Evil Zero, expected to release in 2028, and Resident Evil Veronica, which was announced at the Summer Game Fest. Recently, fans have also taken note of a statement made by Resident Evil producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi, who may have hinted that Capcom is secretly working on a remake of Dino Crisis, a project that has been rumored for quite some time. However, for now, this remains nothing more than speculation.
