Overwatch annonserer Stellar Blade-samarbeid, med Widowmaker som blir Eve
Blizzard and Shift Up have announced EVE Protocol, a collaboration between Overwatch and Stellar Blade. It kicks off on November 4, and the developers have already shown on the key art which Stellar Blade characters the Overwatch heroes will transform into.
Both games first announced the collab on October 23 with a teaser on their official social media. Blizzard later revealed the start date and showed the key art, which pairs Stellar Blade characters with Overwatch heroes:
- Eve — Widowmaker;
- Lily 03 — D.Va;
- Tachy — Vendetta;
- Adam — Soldier: 76;
- Raven — Freja.

These looks will most likely become in-game skins, but Blizzard hasn’t officially confirmed them yet. It’s also still unknown how much the skins will cost, whether there will be bundles, or what rewards players will get during the event. The developers promise to share those details later.
This is Overwatch’s second big collaboration in a short span. From October 7 to 20, the game ran a Solo Leveling collab that added skins based on Sung Jinwoo, Cha Hae-In, and other characters. On top of that, Overwatch recently kicked off Season 5: Dark Creed, which added the new Support hero Doctrine, the new Escort map Grímsvötn, and Halloween events.
Shift Up’s Stellar Blade has been busy with crossovers too. The game previously collaborated with NieR:Automata and Goddess of Victory: Nikke, and on November 6, it starts a Bayonetta collab that adds four free outfits for Eve. The same day, Stellar Blade Complete Edition launches on Nintendo Switch 2.
