Behavior Interactive annonserte at Jason fra Friday the 13th blir med i Dead by Daylight neste måned

Next month, Dead by Daylight will celebrate its tenth anniversary, and to mark the occasion, Behavior Interactive has announced the arrival of a new character—one of the most recognizable villains in the history of the horror genre.

The character in question is Jason Voorhees, an iconic figure from the Friday the 13th universe. His “colleagues in the shop,” such as Freddy Krueger, Mike Myers, Leatherface, Chucky, and others, have already made their way into the game, but now it seems fans are finally thrilled about his long-awaited arrival. The official trailer, timed to coincide with Jason’s arrival in Dead by Daylight, you can check out below:

As the description indicates, the character will be available in the game starting June 16, two days after the 10th anniversary. Behavior Interactive continues to support Dead by Daylight, and they have previously confirmed that they have no plans to release a sequel in the coming years.

We also know that the horror game will receive a movie adaptation by Blumhouse-Atomic Master, with David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick (The Conjuring, Insidious) and Alexandra Aja (Mirrors, Maniac) set to serve as screenwriters.
