Subway Surfers City lanseres offisielt over hele verden på Android og iOS

SYBO Games has officially released its highly anticipated endless runner, Subway Surfers City, now available globally on both Android and iOS. The game originally soft-launched in July 2024 and opened worldwide pre-registration in January 2026. With its full release, players can finally dive into this expanded take on the iconic franchise.

A Bigger World with Familiar Faces

Subway Surfers City introduces a larger setting known as Subway City, featuring multiple districts to explore. Fan-favorite characters like Jake, Tricky, Fresh, and Yutani return, alongside new Surfers joining the roster.

The core endless runner gameplay remains intact — fast-paced running, dodging obstacles, and collecting rewards — but now includes new environmental challenges, vertical exploration elements, and additional characters. Players can seamlessly switch between classic endless runs and the new City Tour mode.

Each Surfer and Board comes with unique abilities, adding a fresh strategic layer to gameplay.

New Mechanics, Power-Ups, and District Unlocks

Subway Surfers City builds on the familiar formula by introducing new mechanics and progression systems. Players earn XP to unlock new districts while discovering hidden Secret Stars by stomping, jumping higher, and dropping to lower paths.

New power-ups, including Bubblegum, Drones, and more, provide additional ways to overcome tougher challenges and extend runs.

The game features vibrant visuals, lively districts, diverse missions, trials, limited-time challenges, and a wide range of rewards. One standout feature is the ability to play offline — a rarity among modern mobile titles.
