During the interview with Deadline, HBO boss Casey Bloys was asked if The Last of Us season 3 marks the end of the show; though he didn’t confirm the third season will be the final season as well, he teased it could be, as you can check below:

“It certainly seems that way. On decisions like that, we defer to the showrunners. So you can ask them.”

It's curious that The Last of Us season 3 showrunner Craig Mazin in a previous interview revealed a fourth season for The Last of Us show is “essential to bring the conclusion,” though it’s not confirmed by HBO yet.
