IO Interactive avslørte tittelsekvensen til 007 First Light med Lana Del Rey

James Bond films have always stood out for their stylish opening sequences, set to epic music—and the upcoming game 007 First Light from IO Interactive is no exception.

Earlier, the studio announced that Lana Del Rey recorded a theme song for 007 First Light titled First Light, which has already received more than 1 million views on YouTube combined, and now developers revealed the title sequence of their upcoming title, which includes Lana Del Rey’s song. Just like in various James Bond movies, you can see silhouettes of characters and the people involved in the game's development. Fans haven't stayed on the sidelines either, praising the game's promo and comparing it to the opening sequences of Daniel Craig's James Bond films—especially Skyfall. 007 First Light is the latest installment from IO Interactive, the developers of Hitman franchise, based on James Bond franchise, which is about to reveal the origin story of iconic character and will not include any connection to recent movies.

Fans are calling the game one of the most anticipated titles of the year, seeing it as a blend of stealth elements from the Hitman series and action sequences reminiscent of Uncharted. One of the game’s developers previously revealed that Uncharted is one of the franchises that inspired 007 First Light, as well as Batman: Arkham game series, when it comes to combat system.
