Arc Raiders-spillere oppdager ny flybransje med karabinkrok

Denne artikkelen er tilgjengelig på følgende språk

A new exploit in Arc Raiders allows players to fly across the map. The technique, demonstrated by streamer The Burnt Peanut, involves a player attaching a snap hook to a teammate who then runs to a distant high point. The first player then downs themselves with a grenade, and another teammate revives them just as the running teammate reaches their destination. This series of actions causes the snap hook to activate and launch the player into the air, allowing them to fly towards their teammate's location.

In a video demonstrating the exploit, The Burnt Peanut hooks onto a friend who sprints towards the Spaceport Tower. After the friend reaches the top, The Burnt Peanut, who has been downed and is being revived, is suddenly launched into the sky, exclaiming:

"Look at me go! I'm flying, I'm flying."

This is not the first time the snap hook has been at the center of a flying exploit in Arc Raiders. A few months ago, a similar technique involving the snap hook and a grapple hook was discovered but was subsequently patched by the developers. Another rumored method involves grappling and then immediately holding onto a ladder, though this has not been widely seen. One player pointed out on Reddit: "It's cute, but I can see why it's not been a priority to fix it," suggesting the exploit is not game-breaking.

The developers at Embark have been quick to address other bugs and glitches in the game, such as the door glitch, the blueprint bonanza, and a hidden first-person exploit. While this new flying exploit with the snap hook is not considered a serious issue, its future in the game remains uncertain.
