Astralis flytter Dpfire til benken
Danish esports organization Astralis has announced changes to its Rainbow Six starting roster with Dpfire on the bench. The 20-year-old American player has been playing for the team for the past fourteen months since the club entered the discipline.
As Astralis' Rainbow Six roster prepares for next year's Six Invitational 2023, Dpfire has been moved to the bench. As a competitor and friend, thank you, Matthew.
Dpfire became part of Astralis late last year when the Danish organization signed the Disrupt Gaming roster. Together with the team, the 20-year-old American player became the winner of the North American League 2022 - Stage 1 and North American League 2022 - Stage 2, and also reached the final of the Six Charlotte Major 2022.
Despite the team's failure in the Six Berlin Major 2022 (13th-16th place) and North American League 2022 - Stage 3 (8th place), Astralis managed to qualify for the Six Invitational 2023 on points. Nevertheless, Astralis is missing the Six Jönköping Major 2022, which is probably the reason for the subsequent changes in the roster.
The nearest championship for the North American team will be SCS Season 7: Swiss Stage, which will start at the end of November. In addition, Astralis will be looking to sign a fifth player before the start of the Six Invitational 2023, but the club will have enough time before the start of the championship on February 7th.
