Transformers: Reactivate - Trailer for en kansellert tittel har dukket opp

In 2022, at The Game Awards, Splash Damage announced Transformers: Reactivate—a new game based on the famous franchise. Unfortunately, full-scale development of the game was shut down last January, but a trailer for the project unexpectedly surfaced, showing what it was supposed to look like.

Reddit users drew attention to the discovery, citing a user who had previously posted a cinematic trailer for Transformers: Reactivate. Apparently, he is also working on a documentary about the project and is searching for people who were involved in or close to the development. The leaked trailer provides a more detailed look at Transformers: Reactive. The original concept for the online project was reportedly changed to a single-player campaign, with the option to play as both the Autobots and the Decepticons. The trailer shows a much different version of the game, featuring a story campaign playable solo or in online co-op.

Earlier, rumors had also circulated about the alleged development of yet another Transformers game, with Microsoft serving as the publisher. However, no official details on this matter have been released yet.
