Flere GTA 6-detaljer fra den nyeste Game Informer-utgaven

The buzz around new GTA 6 details revealed in the latest Game Informer issue hasn't died down. As expected, the flood of fans rushing to see fresh screenshots and details caused some login problems on the site, but at this point, none of it's really a secret anymore.

More details keep surfacing across social media, with one user even posting the full issue as a free PDF for anyone to grab. Based on that material, here's everything new we've learned about new GTA 6 details so far:

  • The developers spent years studying Miami and Florida broadly, its cities, towns, dialects, and local quirks. According to the studio, Florida is "America dialed up to 11," making it the perfect setting for a GTA game.
  • GTA 6 explores how the rich and poor live side by side, with crime and corruption tying everyone together regardless of class.
  • Details on key map regions: Vice City brings Miami glamour, Art Deco architecture, congested traffic, beaches, and a cruise port. Grassrivers is an Everglades-style swampland area where locals carry guns. Port Gellhorn is an abandoned tourist trap, with empty attractions, cheap motels, and defunct strip clubs. Ambrosia serves as the state's industrial core, with factories, oil refineries, and a biker gang running things. Mount Kalga is a national park up north, reflecting the culture found near the real Florida-Georgia border.
  • Forestry and logging areas offer unique gameplay opportunities, though specifics haven't been shared yet.
  • Expect gated communities with private planes alongside run-down small towns, mostly along the west coast.
  • Up north, there are ATV trails and a mud-park party scene already glimpsed in one trailer.
  • Also confirmed: bike trails, farms, luxury ranches, private golf courses, and a cypress-lined lake for fishing.
  • Radio stations feature plenty of licensed music and a range of comedic in-game ads.
  • Dynamic clouds visibly roll across the map in real time.
  • Rain is localized, meaning you could be in sunshine while it pours somewhere else entirely, with realistic rainbows appearing under the right lighting.
  • Wind effects are realistic enough to blow debris across rooftops and push water through the swamps.
  • Legendary animals, similar to Red Dead Redemption 2, seem likely, though Rockstar hasn't confirmed anything on that front yet.
  • NPC tattoos have been tailored to reflect the different communities found across Leonida Keys.
  • On the main characters: Jason grew up surrounded by crime, while Lucia ended up in prison following a mysterious incident involving her family in Liberty City.
More GTA 6 Details from the Latest Game Informer Issue 1

Yesterday's initial details also confirmed the map will be twice the size of GTA V's, shared more on the game's wildlife, and confirmed natural disasters ranging from tropical storms to hurricanes.

It's genuinely great to see Rockstar keep dropping GTA 6 details like this, and hopefully next month brings something more concrete, another gameplay clip or trailer for the year's most anticipated game.
