Game Freak avslørte systemkravene for Beast of Reincarnation

Beast of Reincarnation—a new project from Game Freak, the studio behind one of the best games of 2026, Pokémon Pokopia—is set to be released on August 4 for PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5. Ahead of the upcoming release, PC users have found out the hardware they need to run the game on minimum and recommended settings.

The system requirements for Beast of Reincarnation have been revealed on the game’s official Steam page. It has also been announced that pre-loading of the game will become available on August 2, at 12:00 AM GMT. That said, a lot of gamers were surprised to find out that the game only takes 45 GB of free hard drive space. Earlier this month, gaming press shared first impressions of Beast of Reincarnation. Specifically, it has been revealed that completing the game’s main storyline takes an average of 30 to 40 hours. The game includes elements from various RPGs and slasher titles, such as Stellar Blade, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and NieR: Automata, in terms of its combat system, atmosphere, and gameplay dynamics. Beast of Reincarnation has also been praised for its excellent graphics, the unique hair mechanics of the main character, Emma—which can transform into roots to help her explore her surroundings—as well as its boss battles and intriguing storyline.

Beast of Reincarnation is an upcoming action RPG set in Japan in the year 4026. The main character is a young woman named Emma, who, along with her dog named Koo, finds herself cast out of society due to an unusual illness. Together, they must survive in a post-apocalyptic world inhabited by sinister monsters and dangerous robots.

The game will release on August 4 for PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5.
