The first week of summer promises to be eventful in the gaming industry, as companies like Sony and Microsoft have already confirmed their events - State of Play (June 2) and Xbox Games Showcase (June 7). In addition, from June 5 to 8, the Summer Game Fest show will take place, which will be the largest in history, and the only one missing from this list is Nintendo and its Nintendo Direct presentation.

Nevertheless, there were already rumors that Nintendo might hold its presentation this week, as reported by insider Jeff Grubb. In turn, insider HMK, citing his sources, stated that the next Nintendo Direct event will take place on June 4.

So whisper in the winds is that the supposed June Nintendo Direct may be happening Thursday June 4th, RIGHT WITHIN the WILDBOY Week of Summer Gaming Shows!

The information comes from a news portal dedicated to Nintendo, Switch Soku, but at the moment there is no confirmation from the company itself regarding the presentation.

Fans would certainly be happy with such a turn of events, given that the studios have something to show. For instance, it could be a remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which is rumored to be in development, as well as the recently announced Star Fox 64 remake, which is titled Star Fox. There also might be some information about Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave, which is confirmed to release in 2026, Splatoon Riders, or even the new 3D Mario title.
