As is known, Capcom is working on a story expansion for Resident Evil Requiem, the studio's major hit this year and, at the same time, one of the best games of 2026. Official details of the DLC are still being kept secret, but the studio itself may have accidentally revealed images from the upcoming expansion.

Recently, on their social networks, Capcom shared that Nick Apostolides, the actor who provided the voice and motion capture for Leon Kennedy, visited the studio's office. It might seem unremarkable, but in one of the photos, a monitor displaying Leon Kennedy was noticeable. Fans immediately pointed out that this was not in the main Requiem game, and it is possible that this photo is from an upcoming story expansion where Leon, according to rumors, will once again be the main character.

The one and only Nick Apostolides, who brought Leon Kennedy to life in Resident Evil Requiem with his voice and motion capture talents, came for a casual visit to Capcom’s head office in Osaka!

One of the X users also noted that this leaked image features a fixed camera, as in the old Resident Evil titles. Another user recalls an old leak suggesting that the return of the fixed camera will be an optional feature in the upcoming DLC. Against the backdrop of the approaching gaming shows, which will take place in early June, fans hope that the official announcement and details of the Resident Evil Requiem story DLC will not be long in coming.

According to the latest report, we will see two story expansions for the game: one will be dedicated to Leon S. Kennedy and Alyssa Ashcroft, while the second focuses on Chris Redfield and Ada Wong. This information comes from the leaker who spoiled the main story of Resident Evil Requiem, which turned out to be true. There is also information that the remake of Resident Evil Code: Veronica might be announced at the upcoming Summer Game Fest show, which is scheduled for June 5 and lasts until June 8.
