Ubisoft kan gi ut Assassin's Creed Black Flag resynkronisert på Nintendo Switch 2
Yesterday saw the official unveiling of the Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag remake, titled Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced. After dozens of rumors and leaks, Ubisoft finally revealed what the new game looks like, and fans were very pleased with their first impressions.
Developers have confirmed it will be a fully single-player standalone story focused on Edward Kenway, without multiplayer or DLCs, as well as revealed some new features of Black Flag Resynced—including completely redesigned cities, improved lighting, new characters and storylines, and lots more. You can check out more official information about Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced here.
The release date and the platforms were confirmed as well—the game releasing on July 9 for PC (Ubisoft Store, Epic Games Store, Steam, Ubisoft+), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. Given that Assassin’s Creed Shadows, last year’s game series title, was released on Nintendo Switch 2 in December 2025, we still expect Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced to release on the platform in the future; it's not ruled out. However, there are still no words from Ubisoft at that moment, so it’s just not more than a speculation for now.
