Creators of Horizon Series Promise an Endless Adventure for Years to Come!

During his presentation at the Develop:Brighton game developers conference, Jan-Bart van Beek, the Director of Guerrilla Games, revealed that there are approximately 16 future plans in store for the Horizon series.

Van Beek emphasized the studio's commitment to extending the Horizon series for a significant period. He also announced their intention to venture into multiplayer game development, considering it a monumental milestone for the studio, comparable to the original Horizon game.

The introduction of multiplayer gaming presents an entirely new challenge for Guerrilla Games, as stated by van Beek.

As a quick recap, the Horizon series currently comprises two releases: Horizon Zero Dawn, initially launched for PlayStation 4 in 2017 and later for PC in 2020, and Horizon Forbidden West, which premiered on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 in February 2022.

Earlier, Guerrilla Games shared that the Horizon series has surpassed 32.7 million copies in sales.
