Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2022) fikk en stor oppdatering Season 1 Reloaded

The fresh Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2022) has received its first major patch since the game's release in November of this year. Infinity Ward, Raven Software and other developers involved in the series notably “enriched” their offspring: the game has a new mode, weapons and much more. New Raid Mode

Modern Warfare 2 (2022) will receive the first new mode - Raid. In it, the player with three partners will have to help Price, Farah and Gus find out the secrets hidden in a heavily guarded place.

The access key will be active for a week - that's how long Atomgrad will be available. The reward for completing the test will be an exclusive operator skin, and the ability to unlock new difficulty levels.

New map in multiplayer - Shipment

The classic map for the series returns in Modern Warfare 2 (2022). With the release of the Season 01 Reloaded patch, Shipment will appear in the game.

This year, Shipment will be decorated in a season-appropriate entourage and its classic format. New Year's and standard Shipment will be available for selection. However, the rules of the game in different environments remain the same: a small port map with an incredible amount of chaos happening on it is perfect for leveling up weapons, completing challenges to open colorings for barrels, or simply farming opponents.

Warzone 2.0 update - Building 21, Warzone Cup and weapon balancing

Major changes will also affect Warzone 2.0. The battle royale will receive a new zone of interest, Building 21, Warzone Cup, timed to coincide with the 2022 FIFA World Cup, and weapon balance changes.

Building 21

Time Event - Warzone Cup

The new mod will be available for a limited amount of time and will offer players to take part in impromptu football battles. On quad bikes.

Two teams of 3 players each will play quad football at Al Easima Field. Similar to Rocket League, operators will get enhanced transportation options: high jumps and hard hits on a massive ball.

The winner is the team that first scores 5 goals against the opponent, or the one that scores more goals after five five-minute halves.

New mode - Mini Royal

A more familiar mode for players in Warzone will be the Mini Royal, which appeared in Warzone 2.0 after the release of the Season 1 Reloaded update. Mini battle royale offers players to test themselves in a limited space.

The rules of the game remain the same: you need to survive or kill all opponents. The only catch is that the battles take place in a limited space, much smaller than the standard first zone in a regular battle royale.

New weapon - Chimera

The Season 1 Reloaded patch brings the first new weapon to the game. It will be the Chimera assault rifle.

The Chimera is perfect for replacing the rapid-fire M13B with a similar build architecture. The new assault rifle gives operators the ability to operate more quietly and at lightning speed, taking advantage of the built-in silencer and high-energy subsonic.300 BLK rounds.

Editing the balance of weapons

General edits

• Akimbo P890, X12, Balilisk and.50 GS now deal reduced damage to armored targets.
• Fixed a bug due to which shotguns did not correctly display the hit marker for broken armor.

• Added a blocking underbarrel mount and a shotgun to the barrel of the Bruen B-M20.

Kastov 545

• Increased muzzle velocity of bullets.
• Reduced width of fire from the hip.
• Increased damage at short range.
• Increased chest damage multiplier.

Submachine guns

MX9

• Increased movement speed, aiming speed, and sprint speed when using a 32-round magazine.

Kastov-74u

• Slight reduction in melee damage: out of three hits, at least one must hit the chest to kill an opponent.

VEL 46 SMG

• Reduced spread of fire from the hip.
• Increased movement speed.
• Increased damage at long range.

Balilisk

• Blocked the Blocking Basilisk compensator in combination with the flash hider on the FTAC ARROW barrel.
• Added use of choke tubes on FTAC Arrow, LOCKSHOT KT85, SA LEVELER 55, CRONEN DARK KX30 barrels.

Pistol.50GS

• Reduced spread when firing from the hip.
• Increased 1-hit headshot range.
• Increased the damage multiplier in the neck and shoulders area.
• Increased bullet speed.
• Increased the range of the SA LONGSHOT - 50 and SA TYRANT FIFTY barrels.

Shotguns

Expedite 12

• Added category TV CF40 Guard, AZ-40, AZAROV T15.
• Shotguns can no longer kill fully armored units in one shot.

Close Combat

Riot Shield

• Reduced movement speed.
• Reduced melee damage (3 hits to kill).
• Improved shield movement animation.
• Increased switchover time between shield and throwing knife.

Launchers

JOKR

• Missiles no longer land outside of the targeting field.
• Improved thermal readability when aiming.

Double XP Weekend & Free Multiplayer

To celebrate the release of the Season 1 Reloaded patch, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II (2022) has launched a Double XP Weekend.

An increased amount of experience can be obtained by completing contracts, living to a new zone, killing opponents in multiplayer, Special Ops and Warzone 2.0. The validity period for all platforms is from December 15 to December 19.
