According to PotterWorldwide, a community of newsmakers and insiders related to Harry Potter universe, the announcement of Hogwarts Legacy 2 is imminent and will take place soon. Moreover, the source is claiming that Warner Bros. is looking to release the game next summer, which is consistent with the words of Warner Bros. Discovery boss JB Perrette that the studio’s biggest gaming franchises will return in the next 2 years. Unfortunately, PotterWorldwide doesn’t give any further details about the game, but the portal repeatedly published insider information that was initially dismissed as rumors but later turned out to be true.

According to previous report, Warner Bros. and Avalanche Software are looking to release Hogwarts Legacy 2 in the period from January to April 2027, shortly after the premiere of the new Harry Potter TV series for HBO.
