Capcom kan være interessert i Ada Wong i Resident Evil Requiems DLC

After an earlier announcement this month, Capcom recently released a new update to Resident Evil Requiem, which adds photo mode to the game and also fixes different bugs. And while no new information was revealed about the confirmed story expansion to Requiem, Capcom did, however, reveal something, and fans have already started coming up with wild theories.

Specifically, the developers confirmed once again that the story DLC for Resident Evil Requiem is in development and unveiled a new image of Requiem’s protagonists, Leon S. Kennedy and Grace Ashcroft. What’s more curious, the image is having a distinctive red hue, and fans interpreted this as a hint that Ada Wong—who loves to wear red—might appear in the upcoming DLC. This is especially plausible given that insider Dusk Golem previously stated that Leon S. Kennedy will be the main character in the Resident Evil Requiem’s DLC, making Ada’s appearance a likely possibility as well. In addition to the red hue, fans also noticed a butterfly motif on the right side of the image—a motif that also appears as embroidery on Ada’s red dress. Ada Wong has a special connection to Leon S. Kennedy in the Resident Evil lore, and if he is indeed the main character of the DLC, it makes sense for Ada to appear in it as well. Additionally, there’s a possibility that Leon and Ada are married, since Leon wears a ring in Resident Evil Requiem, and the game’s director, Koshi Nakanishi, recently hinted the fans might soon find out who his wife is.
