Forklaring av belønningsproblemet for dag 1 i «Unleash the Duke» i Clash of Clans

The rewards for Day 1 of the Clash of Clans Unleash the Duke event were previously leaked, and many players quickly logged in to claim their prizes from the first set of dungeon doors. Although Day 1 progress was still ongoing, players had to wait until the official reset time to open one of the three available doors and receive their rewards.

Shortly after the event began, however, an issue emerged regarding the Treasure Chest rewards.

Chest Reward Bug and Official Response

Clash of Clans addressed the situation through its official X (formerly Twitter) account on February 25, 2026, clarifying the intended rarity distribution of the event chests.

The first door was designed to grant random Treasure Chests, with possible rarities ranging from Common, Rare, Epic, to Legendary.

Instead, during the first nine minutes of availability, all players who claimed the reward received three Common Chests, rather than randomized rewards.

Compensation for Affected Players

To correct the issue, an update was deployed. Players who claimed their chests before 8:09 UTC are eligible for compensation.

Affected accounts will receive three new chests with proper rarity probabilities applied. This restores the intended upgrade chances, including the possibility of obtaining Legendary Chests.

Legendary Chests can contain high-value items such as:

• Books
• Hero Skins
• Hammers

The compensation applies only to players who claimed the original rewards within the affected time window.
