Several Diablo 4 players are fervently pursuing leads that might unveil the existence of a Secret Cow level within the game, despite denials from Blizzard team members. Diablo 2's version became an endgame destination that promoted cooperative play and leveling up. The player claims that slaying 666 cows is the key to obtaining one of these relics, enabling the crafting of a special key. The location of the 666th cow's demise determines whether the player acquires a Bloody Wooden Shard, a Musty Tome, or a Metallic Fragment. Once the key is crafted, it grants access to the Forlorn Hovel, a hidden cellar serving as a summoning point for the portal to the elusive level.
