New details about The Bucharest Major 2018

The organizer of the Major-championship, PGL revealed new details about the tournament, its format and schedule. The LAN-final of The Bucharest Major 2018 will take place on March 4-11. The prize pool of the Major-tournament is $1,000,000 and 1,500 DPC Points. The prize pool will be divided between 16 teams.

All the matches of the group stage will be played in Bo1 format. Eight best collectives will get to the playoff with Single Elimination bracket. All the matches of the playoff stage except the Grand final will take place in the Bo3 format. The crucial meeting will happen in Bo5 series. 3 matches of the quarterfinal will take place on 9 March and on 10 March the last quarterfinal and the matches of the semifinal will happen. On 11 March 2 best participant of The Bucharest Major 2018 will define the winner of Bo5 series. The holding place of the playoff will be Polyvalent Hall. The Bucharest Major's participants:
