Spinx slutter seg til MOUZ, og erstatter siuhy i vaktlisten

Israeli esports player Lotan "Spinx" Giladi has officially joined MOUZ, stepping into the role of lurker and replacing Swedish player Ludwig "Brollan" Brolin, who is transitioning to the captain's role after the unexpected benching of former captain Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek.

Spinx departs from the French organization Vitality after two and a half successful years, during which he helped the team secure seven major trophies, including the BLAST Paris Major title. Over his time with Vitality, Spinx earned a spot in HLTV's Top 20 players of the year three times, peaking at 5th place in 2023.

Vitality decided to bench Spinx at the end of 2024 due to a challenging season, despite his pivotal role in the team’s victory at IEM Cologne. His move to MOUZ marks a fresh start for the Israeli player.

Changes in the MOUZ roster

The transfer comes amid internal disagreements in MOUZ over the team's direction. With siuhy benched, Ludwig "Brollan" Brolin takes over as captain, while Spinx fills the lurker role previously held by Brollan.

In his statement on platform X, Spinx expressed excitement about his new chapter:"Today I start a new chapter with MOUZ. I’m excited to join the team and can’t wait to play alongside my new teammates."

However, Spinx’s debut for MOUZ will be delayed due to roster registration restrictions for IEM Katowice. Adrian "xelex" Vince from the MOUZ academy will stand in for the tournament. Fans can expect to see Spinx in action during PGL Cluj-Napoca, scheduled for February 14-23.
